Meet our CEO & Co-Founder Nia
and Co-Founder Barsam,Barsam began his football journey at a high level, ultimately earning a professional signing with Spanish club CD Numancia.During his time in Europe, he identified a clear gap in the game: high level talent exists globally, but access to the right opportunities remains limited.To address this, Barsam partnered with Nia, a high performance athlete focused on optimizing player development and placement to build what is now NH Sports Agency.Today, the agency operates to identify and place players into elite trials, direct signings, academy placements, and professional pathways.
